It powers the most powerful products of Apple and without a doubt it has come with some of the unique features that we can use to make the most of. iOS 17 is very competitive when it comes to these features and we can easily say it’s the best iPhone Operating System to date. #1 Adjusting the speed of haptic touch
You can now adjust the speed of haptic touch, which is the vibration you feel when you tap and hold on certain items on your screen. To do this, go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch > 3D & Haptic Touch > Touch Duration.
#2 Using Visual Look Up to figure out laundry codes
If you’re ever unsure what the laundry symbols on your clothes mean, you can use Visual Look Up to find out. Simply take a photo of the symbols and open it in the Photos app. Then, swipe up and tap on Look Up Laundry Care.
#3 Locking the private tabs in Safari
You can now lock your private tabs in Safari so that no one can access them without your permission. To do this, go to Settings > Safari and toggle on Require Face ID to Unlock Private Browsing.
#4 Toggling advanced search in Messages
iOS 17 now allows you to search for specific terms within a specific Messages conversation. To do this, open the Messages app and type the name of the contact you want to search. Then, tap on the search bar and type the term you’re looking for.
#5 Using widgets to interact with your apps
Widgets are now interactive in iOS 17. This means that you can tap on them to open apps, perform actions, and more. For example, you can tap on a widget to open the Camera app, take a photo, and then share it directly to social media.

iOS 17 now let’s us to customize the lock screen in a variety of ways. You can change the font, color, and size of the clock, add widgets, and even change the background image. To do this, go to Settings > Wallpaper & Lock Screen.

Focus mode is a feature that can help you to stay focused on the task at hand by blocking out distractions. You can create different Focus modes for different activities, such as work, school, or sleep. To do this, go to Settings > Focus.

Nearby is a new feature in iOS 17 that allows us to share files with other devices without having to use an internet connection.
To do this, open the app that contains the file you want to share and tap on the Share button. Then, tap on Nearby and select the device you want to share the file with.

Live Text is a feature that lets us to extract text from images and videos. This can be useful for copying and pasting text, or for translating text into a different language. To use Live Text, simply open the app that contains the image or video and tap on the Live Text button.

We can now use Siri to control the smart home devices, such as lights, thermostats, and door locks. To do this, simply say “Hey Siri” followed by the command you want to give. For example, you could say “Hey Siri, turn on the lights in the living room.”
